Alain Nasreddine has been named the assistant coach for WBS Pens. Nasreddine was a fan favorite in Wilkes-Barre and I wish him success. I got to meet him once and he seemed like a fun guy.
Ronny Paulino was suspended 50 games today after he tested positive for a performance-enhancing substance. He said it was to control his weight or something. Paulino, who's with the Marlins now, had a pretty good series against the Bucs this week in Pittsburgh.
When news broke of this on Twitter, some people had me laughing.
